The "Monster" within us ALL - PTSD
Let's talk about the "Monster" within us ALL - Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - PTSD!
There are wounds that are so deep within, not even the naked eye can see. My heart bleeds from trauma and pain, but my soul runs deep in God's favor.
For I am not alone!
PTSD isn't a disorder I asked for, it came to visit me uninvited and never left. I'm not just a victim, but an advocate and victim in one.
PTSD hurts and no one but you truly understand the depths of your pain. Everyday is a struggle until we learn to co-exist with our disorder.
Because, there is a "Monster" within us ALL!
