Don't use the "R," word in America!!
Baby BOOMERS we are destined for RETIREMENT-- When are you going to sat down and look at your future? Nothing last Forever, so don't risk all the years you have devote to one company, only to be bought out due to downsize. It may not affect you NOW, but if will in the FUTURE!
A new day in AMERICA
Only in America can an individual work their entire life, only to be thrown to the wolves!!!.
I am a retired government employee/disable veteran who worked for 30 years only to be disappointed in retirement. America has FAILED it's citizens, and their is NO ONE taking on this issue. An issue many Americans will face over the next five to ten years when baby boomers will have NO choice but to retire!!! In this country we are encouraged to work hard, when in reality our Government is not designed for YOU to LIVE longer than you WORK!!!! Retirement could be FUN if it was meant that way, but the truth of the matter is --- Retirement can be as exciting as you make it but don't depend on our Gov to make the transition any easier since their is no structure environment in RETIREMENT~~~~
