'In 2006 is when this journey began for B.E.S.T. Homes, Inc., is a 501(c)3 Non-profit Organization founded in March 2011. Becoming a mother at the age of 14 years old, Myeshia felt a calling from GOD to help form a maternity home that what would help rebuild and redirect young teen mothers. Myeshia while working for Texas Health & Human Services saw there was a need for a Second Chance Home, and has since developed two locations. Myeshia suggest many of our teen mothers need guidance, direction and mentorship to help them with different life goals and obstacles they face. We are striving to help teenage mothers regain faith in them and their ability to lead successful, sufficient lives, and become good nurturing parents.'
