Elite Eisterhood established in 2003, provides 'a peer mentoring non-profit organization whose mission is to prepare high school aged young women for post-secondary education through positive self-image, community service, scholarship, and leadership. The peer mentoring concecpt help members build effective relationships, while learning problem solving techniques; by pairing upperclassmen with underclassmen for enrichment and accountability.
